The unrealircd.org/geoip message tag communicates the Geo IP information
to IRC Operators so they can see the country of the user.
Normal users will not see this tag, only IRCOps.

Note that GeoIP is, by definition, possibly incorrect or inaccurate, one
should see it as a "best effort" guess of the country.

Syntax of the tag:
unrealircd.org/geoip=<two letter country code>[;city]

Example line:
@unrealircd.org/geoip=NL :nick!~user@Mask-ABCDEF PRIVMSG #test :hi
